Privacy policy

This privacy policy informs you about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) within our online offering and the associated websites, functions and content, including external online presences such as our social media profiles (collectively referred to as “online offering”).

With regard to the terms used, such as “processing” or “controller”, we refer to the definitions in Art. 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. cookies and consent management

We use the “Cookiebot” service from Usercentrics A/S to obtain and manage your consent for the use of cookies and tracking technologies.

You can revoke or change your consent at any time via the cookie banner.


7 Tools and services used

a) HubSpot
We use HubSpot (HubSpot Inc., USA) to manage contacts and send our newsletter. In particular, contact data, communication histories and newsletter tracking data are processed. Data is transferred via the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

b) Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA) to analyze user behavior on our website. Session replays and heat maps are used. Data processing only takes place with consent via the cookie banner.

c) SalesViewer
We use the SalesViewer service (SalesViewer GmbH) to identify company visitors. The processing is IP-based without cookies.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR

d) Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) to measure reach. IP anonymization is activated. It is only used with consent via the cookie banner.

e) Vimeo
Videos on our website are integrated via Vimeo (Vimeo LLC, USA). Data such as IP address, referrer and device information may be transmitted during playback.

f) Microsoft 365
We use Microsoft 365 for our internal and external e-mail communication and document processing. Data processing is carried out by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. within the framework of the EU-U.S. DPF.

g) Dracoon
Our project and customer data is stored via the Dracoon cloud service (Dracoon GmbH, Germany). The storage takes place exclusively in German data centers.

h) Moco (project and customer management)
We use the online tool Moco (Hundertzehn GmbH, Switzerland) for project management and customer relationship management. In particular, the following data is processed:
Contact data of our customers’ contact persons, project data, offers, time histories and communication histories in the context of project work.
Data processing is based on our legitimate interest in efficient project organization and customer support in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
An order processing contract has been concluded with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.


8. data processing by order

For certain processing operations, we use external service providers with whom we have concluded data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. This applies in particular:

CRM & newsletter distribution (HubSpot)

9. social media presences

We operate company pages on the following platforms:

Facebook
XING

When visiting these pages, the data protection provisions of the respective providers also apply. We are jointly responsible with the platform provider for the data collected there (Art. 26 GDPR).


10. storage period

We only store contact forms and voluntary entries for as long as is necessary for processing. If no further communication takes place, this data will be deleted after 6 months at the latest.


11 Rights of the data subjects

You have the following rights under the GDPR:

12. application procedure

In the context of applications, we process your data to carry out the selection process. This includes in particular:
Name, contact details, CV, certificates
Storage period: 6 months after completion, unless you are hired
Access: only authorized persons from the HR department
Revocation possible at any time; data will then be deleted if there is no obligation to retain
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR; § 26 BDSG


13. safety measures

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse or unauthorized access. These include SSL encryption, access restrictions and secure data transmission.


14. changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy, for example in the event of changes to legal requirements or the introduction of new services. The current version is always available on this website.
